**The role**
Reporting to the CEO2, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate HR support to employees and the management team:
- Assist with advertising, headhunting and recruitment for internal hires- Prepare contracts, assist with onboarding and inductions of new employees- Coordinate performance reviews- Oversee training, learning and development and maintain online learning platform- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle through HRIS platform Employment Hero- Update and maintain company policies & procedures & HR documents- Be involved with various HR Projects- Manage Employee Benefits and incentives- Employee engagement & social events- Maintain up to date knowledge to Legislation and Fair Work
**About you**
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and progress as we continue to grow as a HR Generalist- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field highly regarded- Previous experience as a HR Coordinator or HR Administrator- Strong verbal and written communication & Interpersonal skills- Be a strong cultural ambassador of the business in living our values- High attention to detail- Proficient in MS Office & HRIS
