**About the role at SBS**

The Program Guide Editor/Communications Assistant’s core focus is to ensure information about SBS programs and services is accurately promoted in an appealing manner in the program guides and highlights. This dual role also supports the Publicity team with a range of administrative tasks when required, including updating and maintaining key contact lists, organising travel and schedules for special events, assisting with building PowerPoint presentations, and uploading assets to the Screening Room (SBS online media asset site).

**Responsibilities**
- Event Management - Plan, coordinate, execute, and assess events for internal and external stakeholders that achieve a specific goal
- Communications Strategy - Plan and execute the communications strategy that align with the goals of the company
- Internal Stakeholder Management - Collaborate closely with leaders and internal teams to ensure messages align with business goals
