Our client is a market leader in the Installation, commissioning and maintenance of building services. Developing bespoke systems for large commercial sites around Australia and NewZealand. The business has a strong market presence and a reputable name in the market which they hold in high regard.

The Role:
- Coordinate and schedule service activities for clients, ensuring timely and efficient execution of services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the operations team to assign and dispatch personnel to client locations as per schedule and demand.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and suggest strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and track service assignments to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients, understanding their security needs, and designing appropriate service solutions.
- Experience in a service coordinator role
- Electrical, Security, HVAC or Fire experience would be a bonus
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong admin skills - the ability to manage and delegate jobs
- Familiar with accounting packages
- Results driven, can work independently, self-motivated and friendly team member
- Excellent time management skills
