Workforce Coordinator

As a **Workforce Coordinator** at Disability Services Australia (DSA) you will be the first point of contact and provide a high level of service by coordinating our frontline employee’s availability and roster any unallocated shifts. You will ensure our participants have frontline workers available to support them.

Permanent Part Time position 3-4 days per week, based in Kingsgrove.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Prior customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work shifts rostered between 5:00am and 10:00pm, and 2 weekends in a 6-week rotating roster.
- The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a high-volume workload and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Great attention to detail to enter data on multiple platforms.
