**The Company**
Our client is a family-owned Australian food manufacturer with a well-respected name within the industry. The company has gone from strength-to-strength over their 20 years of business and are proud of their service offering today. They now produce to the major supermarkets as well as a diverse range of retailers and contract manufacturing.

**The Role**
Reporting to Sales and Marketing and the GM, the Customer Service/Success Manager will be responsible for managing all customer-related operations, sales and overseeing a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities include:

- Be first point of contact for customers such as contract manufacturing clients, distributors and export freight forwarders
- Maximise the performance and maintain the culture of the CS Team with effective management, ongoing training, development and team building.
- Coordination of onsite stock holding and 3PL arrangements with Warehouse and Inventory Manager.
- Play a key role in demand management, sales forecasting, despatch planning and month-to-month reporting.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience within Customer Service Management
- Experience with FMCG, manufacturing or production
- Good phone manner
- Great stakeholder management
- Ideally experience managing a Customer Service team
