Marketing Specialist

**About the Role**

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and communicating the PFS Building Services brand image through precise marketing strategies and multi-channel promotions to increase the company's industry presence and market share in the field of fire protection system design, installation, inspection and maintenance.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategy covering digital marketing, offline events and promotional activities;
- Responsible for content planning and copywriting, including official website, social media,e-newsletters etc.;
- Manage and optimise SEM/SEO and social advertising campaigns to enhance lead generation efficiency;
- Plan and organise industry seminars, exhibitions and customer events to expand industry partners and cooperation channels;
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape, and write market analysis reports to provide data support for business decisions;
- Coordinate internal and external resources and work closely with other departments to ensure marketing projects are delivered on schedule and KPIs are met.
- Maintaining and promoting the brand specification, continuously optimising the brand visual and communication consistency.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role;
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and the ability to develop and execute successful campaigns;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating compelling content;
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and analytics;
- Solid project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams;
- Bilingual is preferred;
- Bachelor degree is preferred;

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
