**Personal Assistant (Administrative and Technical Support) | Part-time position**

Part-time position providing exceptional administrative and technical support to a growing têxtile business in Adelaide.

**COMPANY**

Our client is a growing têxtile business based in Melrose Park. Strongly connected to merchandising and direct-to-garment printing and works with some leading Global Brands. We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Personal Assistant to join this team.

**ROLE**
- Advanced Excel skills to automate costings input, calculate selling prices, and generate reports.
- Manage printer drivers, and firmware procedures for GTX Printers, and provide customer support for technical issues.
- Handle software systems such as Graphics Lab software and Hubspot.
- Organize and maintain data and information for easy retrieval, both for internal use and for customer requests.
- Provide general administrative support, assisting Owners and performing tasks as needed.
- Answer and handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide support and advice to customers regarding DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing processes and products.
- Collaborate with Brother technical support for issue resolution and troubleshooting.
- Support web page maintenance and updates, ensuring it reflects accurate and up-to-date information.

**YOU**

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to our business, as well as handle ad hoc technical tasks related to our software, printers, and website. Your attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and ability to multitask will be critical to your success in this role.

You will also be:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage and retrieve data and information for reporting purposes
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Technically proficient with printers, software systems, and Excel
- Flexible to assume additional responsibilities when the owners are away
- Knowledge of DTG printing processes and the ability to offer front-line advice to customers are desirable
- Experience liaising with technical support teams
- Basic web page support skills to assist with maintenance and updates
