**The Role**

We are looking for a keen, customer focused, administration professional wanting to develop their skill set. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible to deliver to the following:

- Supporting a high volume of phone & booking support
- Proactively adhering to processes, practices and documentation
- Maintaining a high level of compliance for all active educators
- General office administrative duties

**Skills + Experience**
- A team player committed to anzuk culture and core values
- A demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
- High-level attention to detail
- Excellent telephone and verbal skills
- Exceptional IT and administration skills with the ability to use advanced computer systems
- Prior experience in an administration or customer relationship focused role preferred
