Our Lady of Consolation Aged Care & Services (OLOC) is an independent, mission-driven provider of aged care, community services, and seniors affordable housing. Dating back to 1946, we support over 300 residents in our residential campus and more than 2,000 community clients across Western Sydney from Epping to the edge of the Blue Mountains. We are dedicated to delivering compassionate and people-focused services with professionalism and heart.
We're now looking for an enthusiastic Administration Support (Quality, Systems, Project support) to join our team. This role is varied and will provide key support to our Leadership Team, provide assistance with quality and compliance, system support, and small project administration. You will assist with coordinating key administrative and IT processes to contribute to continuous improvement across OLOC.
This position will require you to:
- Hold a valid Police Check
- Have at least one COVID vaccination
- Work on-site at Rooty Hill 5 days per week
- Be willing to travel to our Toongabbie site if required
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondence and compliance documentation to support operational and regulatory requirements
- Collate and prepare monthly and quarterly clinical data reports in collaboration with managers, and assist with external reporting submissions
- Assist with the administration of surveys, audits, and organisational quality readiness activities
- Provide feedback summaries from surveys and audits, and assist managers with follow-up actions and documentation
- Assist with coordination and support of IT and phone systems, including troubleshooting, and vendor liaison
- Support fleet logistics through maintenance scheduling, registration tracking, and compliance documentation
- Contribute to internal projects and digital initiatives by supporting documentation, logistics, and stakeholder engagement
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in administration, quality support, or project assistance roles
- Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and professional integrity
