Customer Care Administrator
to join our growing team in Sydney.

What You'll Be Doing

As a
Customer Care Administrator
, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll:

  • Manage the
    day-to-day mailroom
    , including sorting, distributing, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Oversee
    stock control
    – ensuring supplies are available and well-managed.
  • Support the Customer Care and Retention teams with
    administrative tasks
    , including updating records, sending communications, and uploading customer information.
  • Ensure
    documents are accurate and compliant
    through quality checking.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient workflow across departments.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Exceptionally
    organised with great attention to detail

  • A confident
    communicator
    (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to
    multi-task and prioritise
    in a busy office environment.

    with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.

Experience in mail handling, stock control, or document management will be highly regarded, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
