**Your Role in Enhancing the Team Experience**

As a Staff Services Resource Assistant with BSL, you'll be the warm welcome and the lasting smile that turns a job at BSL into an unforgettable journey.

You will be at the forefront of our staff operations, playing a critical role in onboarding and offboarding seasonal employees and managing the key assets of our staff services team, our staff accommodation and our uniform fleet.

You’ve always wanted to do a ‘season’ on the ski slopes, in this Seasonal Casual position, you will work from the12th May until after the end of the 2025 Winter season and we’ve offboarded our team, typically until the start of October each year.

As part of the staff services team, you will work closely with our Human Resources team to ensure the best possible experience for our team, all day every day.

**Your Impact**
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes for seasonal employees, making every transition smooth and welcoming.
- Manage our retail and rental uniform inventory with precision, ensuring all items are waterproofed, laundered, and correctly coded.
- Support staff accommodation management, contributing to a comfortable living experience for our team.
- Provide essential assistance to team members, addressing their needs and inquiries with efficiency and care.
- Utilise inventory management systems expertly, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness for ordering and replenishing our stock

**About you**
- A team-focused individual who thrives in a people-first, supportive role.
- Someone who finds joy in enhancing the workplace and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or related fields, with a talent for handling the ebb and flow of seasonal staff.
- Proficiency in inventory management, preferably a background in the retail sector
- A previous background of Commercial Accommodation or Retail management would be advantageous but is not a must

**Your Toolbox**
- Organised, efficient, and adept at juggling multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft office software and ideally, inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Quick and effective in responding to team needs and inquiries.
- Capable of handling physical aspects of the job, like moving large amounts of uniform inventory or setting up accommodation fittings and fixtures
