**About the role**

The Staff Accommodation & Transport Assistant is to assist
our Staff Accommodation & Transport Manager for the effective and efficient
operation of staff accommodation and day to day staff transport. The role will
work along-side our other BSL business units and departments and staff services
to coordinate staff accommodation & transport and deliver the best possible
mountain experience to our BSL team members.
**Key Responsibilities includes**:
*
Work
with Lodge Managers, Housekeeping team and Buller Property to ensure all staff
accommodation lodges are maintained and well looked after
- Coordinating

the daily operations of the staff transport
- Management

of transport personnel
- Ensure

prompt notification and repair of any defects or damage to the vehicles
- Ensure

Compliance with laws and regulations and company policies & procedures
- Reviewing staff lodges on a weekly basis making sure that they are

all clean and well-presented including communal living areas and stairwells and
well stocked for utensils, supplies, clean linen
- Ensure

compliance with fire regulations in all staff accommodation buildings
- Ensure

all team members observe the conditions of use of staff accommodation and any
and all violations are promptly addressed with the offending team members
- Produce

reports on current tenants within staff accommodation and lodgings.

knowledge of OH&S, food safety, employment and other compliance
requirements
