**Your Next Job: Seasonal Payroll Assistant**

As our Seasonal Payroll Assistant, you'll work alongside our Payroll Supervisor to process payroll accurately and efficiently for our diverse range of business and team members.

In this entry-level position, whilst no prior payroll or HR experience is necessary, any previous experience in these areas or other transferrable professions such as finance will make you stand out from the crowd. You will be responsible for the;
- Timely production and reconciliation of payroll-related documents such as pay slips, group certificates, payment summaries, timesheets and more.
- Administrative processing of new hires and terminations, ensuring correct employee data, and answering employee questions related to payroll.
- Establish and maintain employee records, including entering changes correctly and on time.
- Provide assistance to HR team in generating employment contracts, creating documents, and reporting on HR initiatives.
- Maintain leave entitlement spreadsheets and handle payroll deductions and bank transfer listings.

**What You'll Need to Bring**:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work in a team. Our employees are our most important asset and your skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines will be essential to make sure they are remunerated accurately and on time. Proficiency in learning software systems will be necessary.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be passionate about working with numbers, have a knack for administration, and be eager to develop your skills in payroll and HR.
