**Program Advisor**
- Contract duration:12 months + 2x12 months extensions
- Location of work: Carseldine Qld or Brisbane Qld

Our Govt Client is seeking a **Program Advisor** to provide project support to project managers on one or more projects within our Information Technology Branch

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Managers with project documentation preparation (project initiation documents, work package documents, and status reports) within a PRINCE2 environment
- Maintain project schedules, including weekly reviews with Project Managers, timesheet submissions, and accurate resource allocations and project forecasts
- Prepare project financial reports, reconciling and reporting budgets, actuals, forecast, variances, and billing information
- Assist Project Managers in maintaining and monitoring change, risk, and issue registers by providing weekly reviews
- Perform other duties as required
- Maintain quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications:

- Highly desirable to have current and varied experience across public and private sectors
- Experience with Microsoft Project is a highly desirable skill
