In the role of Project Advisor (Governance) you will help to ensure that projects within Digital Licence Program (DLP) deliver on their assurance responsibilities including forward planning and coordinating key governance milestones.
**Accountabilities include but are not limited to**: - Develop, maintain and implement effective and consistent program governance and assurance processes/guidelines. Assist and support projects to embed consistent program governance and assurance processes and systems across the Branch. Support relevant stakeholders in managing and resolving any program governance and/or assurance risks and issues that may arise. Assist in the monitoring, tracking and reporting on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved plans.
**To be considered suitable for the role you will have**: - Liaise with key stakeholders in relation to the preparation of various governance group papers and the coordination and management of these various groups meetings and minutes. Assist in the support of project management, including the coordination of progress reports and schedules related to service changes and divisional integrated projects/programs. Draft reports, correspondence, briefing notes, ministerial correspondence and other communications regarding various projects. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure the implementation of broad scale cultural change which will enhance the department's program governance and assurance practices. Assist with preparation for any Gating processes including coordination and updating of project and program artefacts.
