- PROJECT ENGAGEMENT ADVISOR _

**_Stakeholder Communications Advisor _**:
**_About the role and you: _**
- Due to organisational growth, a new position has arisen for a Project Engagement Advisor to play a critical role in ensuring effective communication between Sequana and its stakeholders, both internal and external. This role involves developing and executing strategic communication plans, building, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, and providing counsel on stakeholder engagement strategies. The advisor will collaborate with various teams within the organisation to convey clear and consistent messages that align with the organisation’s goals and values. _

**_What you’ll do: _**
- _Develop and implement complex stakeholder engagement plans. _
- _Conduct in-depth stakeholder analysis to inform engagement plans and identify social impacts. _
- _Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to foster positive relationships and collaboration. _
- _Create comprehensive communication plans that outline targeted messages, channels, and timing for reaching different stakeholder groups. _
- _Coordinate engagement events including sourcing quotes, booking venues and promotional activities. _
- _Develop content for communication channels, including traditional media, social media, newsletters, briefing notes and others, to effectively convey messages. _
- _Facilitate small to large stakeholder sessions and meetings. _
- _Liaise with project staff to solve complex stakeholder related issues. _
- _Respond to enquiries and complaints in a timely manner while maintaining relevant up-to-date stakeholder databases. _
- _Establish relevant metrics to assess the success of communication strategies and stakeholder engagement efforts. _

**_Experience you’ll need: _**
- _Bachelor’s degree or similar relevant qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field _
- _Min 5 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, ideally within infrastructure, transport, or logistics sectors. Demonstrated understanding of stakeholder engagement principles and communication best practices. _
- _Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the writing and delivery of strategies, plans and communications materials. _
- _Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership in a project environment. _
- _Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders in politically sensitive environments. _
