**About the role**

The People Services Officer is responsible for providing timely and accurate service to the People team through the provision of efficient administrative support, outstanding customer service and the maintenance of employee master data.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administration activities relating to the full employee lifecycle in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain employee records and data with the setup of new employees, updating conditions of employment, processing terminations, and maintaining exit interview data
- Accurately maintain organisational structures within SAP
- Provide input to process improvement and system implementation activities
- Provide ongoing support to the broader People team as requested
- Ensure accuracy and process efficiency in all activities, regularly reviewing work of self and others

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous administration experience, preferably within a HR or Payroll function
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to liaise and communicate confidently with employees across the business
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information
- Work strongly within a team environment, but also capable of working autonomously
- Ability to multitask and prioritise the team’s workloads
- Flexibility to adapt and respond in a fast-paced environment
- SAP experience will be an advantage
