IPA is currently seeking a **Spare Parts Officer** to work in our clients warehouse in Osborne Park. As this is a customer-facing role, we are seeking someone who has good Customer Service skills and is confident in operating a forklift to pick/pack orders for collection.

**Who is IPA?**

**Your duties will include.**
- Answering incoming calls,
- Spare Parts interpretation
- Data entry of customer orders
- Ensure that all parts are received, stored, and dispatched to the appropriate customers,
- Process returned stock and credits,
- Assist with stocktakes,
- Process front desk counter sales using EFTPOS and credit cards,
- General administration tasks (EG; Filing).

**Key Requirements**:

- Good customer service skills
- Forklift ticket with counterbalance experience.
- Previous warehousing experience
- Able to lift 20kg or more
- Data entry Skill
- Intermediate level MS Office Skill (Word, Excel Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
