**The Opportunity**

MinRes seeks a dynamic and experienced People Logistics Officer who embodies a positive, can-do attitude to join our high-performing Travel team on an 8x6 roster based in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees' seamless and stress-free travel to and from the site.

Currently, the team supports 6 aerodromes and mobilises our employees across 17 camp locations; attention to detail and great customer service is vital. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to.
- Provide support across 5 travel inboxes with the team processing up to 16,000 SAM workflow requests a month.
- Assist in booking commercial & international travel via FCM Savi Online Booking Tool
- Provide shutdown bookings support in line with the business shutdown schedule
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

**Your Experience & Skills**
- Experience working within a high-functioning team working within a similar environment
- Proficient utilising Microsoft Office Suite, SAM Workflow and FCM booking systems
- Excellent customer service skills to assist with sensitive and confidential matters
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
