About the role

Reporting to Customer Service Team Leader, Daikin Australia is looking for a permanent full time Customer Service Officer who will process and manage internal sales and issues relating to the allocation and delivery of the Daikin products but not limited to:

- Prepare & capture sales order details into SAP system platform.
- Maintain accurate and timely delivery orders.
- Enter and action on changes to customer orders.
- Improving & maintaining positive customer relationships.

This role offers flexible selection of shifts between 8AM - 4PM or 9AM - 5PM shifts between Monday to Friday continuously offering onsite training & on-going development.

Currently offering immediate start if available

About you
- Looking for an individual with strong willingness to learn & growth professionally
- Previous experience with data entry and/or administration would be ideally
- Passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- Attention to details & ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Experience with using outlook, salesforce and/or SAP will be ideally but are not essential
