**About the role**

The People Advisor will be responsible for partnering closely with business units to provide effective and timely human resources advice and support. You will work closely with the Senior People Advisor and People Manager in your business unit as well as the wider People team to provide support and assistance as required.
- Develop and maintain solid trust-based relationships with key managers and influences within your business units.
- Provide strategic and operational advice to business units on a range of HR activities.
- Coach and support managers in the performance management and disciplinary process.
- Conduct workplace investigations and case management.
- Provide advice and guidance on talent management and succession planning.
- Interpretation of HR policies/procedures, industrial instruments, and legislation.
- Provide input to the termination and redundancy process.
- Support the implementation of key change initiatives in the business, with a focus on values, culture, leadership, behaviours and performance.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Tertiary qualification in human resources, employment relations, law or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience as a human resources generalist
- Exposure to leading investigations and disciplinary processes
- Strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously
