**This is a non automotive industry ** looking for keen parts Interpreters looking for next step or Supervisors/ Managers/ 2IC with leadership skills

Supervising the Spare Parts Customer Service, Warehouse and Distribution operations. The receipt of incoming goods and the delivery of spare parts as required by internal and external customers to ensure customer service targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Supervise and maintain the effective performance of the Customer Service and Warehouse tasks in accordance with established National spare parts KPIs.
- Raising purchase orders on approved local suppliers to replenish consumables.
- Ongoing motivation, coaching and guidance of the team
- Supervising the dispatch of spare parts to authorised persons and the timely completion of necessary documentation and records
- Ensure safe and efficient working environment in accordance to company OHS policy, procedures
- Preparing and assisting with Stocktakes and providing analysis of outcome and support through the warehouse team.
- Responsible for adherence to company policies, quality management processes and objectives
- Ensure that all parts are received, stored, and dispatched to the appropriate customers,
- Process returned stock and credits,
- Process front desk counter sales using EFTPOS and credit cards,
- Oversee and assist where required Customer Service and Store person's allocated tasks so they are performed safely, timely and accurately,
- Hold monthly toolbox meetings and provide updated weekly and monthly reports to National Spare Parts Manager.
- General office and warehousing storage and distribution tasks to deliver customer requirements.
- General administration tasks (EG; Filing).

**Technical Competencies**
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Exposure to SAP (Desirable)
- Data Entry speed and accuracy skills
- Customer Service skills
- Forklift ticket.

**Non-Technical Competencies**
- Ability to work without close supervision and recognise when matters are to be referred to the line Manager,
- Ability to lead a small team
- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and plan accordingly to achieve deadlines and timeframes,
- Ability to produce clear, timely and concise documentation,
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people
- Well-developed problem-solving skills that allow for resolution of issues within reasonable timeframes,
- Strong attention to detail,
- Ability to identify issues and recommend solutions,
- Demonstrated skills in developing long term and strong relationships with all employees, clients, and suppliers,
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to various situations.
