We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Brisbane on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers and internal sales team. **The core responsibilities in this role include**: - Providing support to our national sales teams - Credit Control Checks - Ability to use spreadsheets and some complex data systems - Processing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving issues - Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations team to achieve targets and deliverables - Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services - Confident in meeting deadlines - Confidentiality must be paramount - Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/ administration/ account management) - High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills - Great time management - Excellent customer service skills - Intermediate computer skills - Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills - Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Love working in a team environment Rentokil Initial is a member of the FTSE 100 of leading companies.
