Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial
You will provide efficient, confidential and high-quality administrative support to the Director of Clinical Services within the hospital. This role also supports effective operations of the Nursing Administrative Team, inclusive of Assistant Directors of Nursing, After Hours Coordinators and Clinical Nurse Managers.
What makes a difference for us?
Due to the sensitive nature of the hospital environment, the successful applicant will have the ability to maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times, and present with:
- A minimum of five years’ experience providing executive level support
- Previous experience within the health industry is ideal but not essential
- A flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to self-motivate in an autonomous role
- High level of interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Advanced computer skills including accurate typing skills of 80wpm
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including, but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel
- High level initiative and negotiating skills
- Excellent administrative skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and establish work priorities in a busy, fast paced environment
