Our client is a leading service provider across Australia and New Zealand. They provide a range of services to their clients across various sectors and locations. This role will see you working in Adelaide as part of a team supporting local team members and national team members. They are looking for a Technology Project Administrator to join and provide key support functions within the business specifically around Technology projects.
**Your new role**
As a Technology Project Administrator, your new role will involve coordinating and managing projects of various sizes working in a team environment. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project plans and schedules are on track whilst also taking on ad hoc tasks such as preparing documents, organising meetings and events, preparing presentations of initiatives suggested to senior managers and much more. Your role will be very varied from IT related projects and enquiries through to administrative tasks in a technology environment. The team are supportive, collaborative and looking for an engaging team member to join them.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Technology Project Administrator or Coordinator
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields is highly desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills - you will be managing departmental calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments and events whilst organising and maintain files
- The ability to work independently and part of a team to support projects and day to day activities.
