**The Opportunity**

CliniKids is The Kids Research Institute’s first team to integrate world class research with a clinical service. CliniKids is a unique integration of early intervention services, innovation, and research for children on the autism spectrum. Our mission is to support young children and their families to reach their full potential through the development and translation of cutting-edge evidence-based supports to fulfil our vision of all children on the autism spectrum growing into happy and healthy adults.

We currently have the opportunity for a Client Support Officer to join our growing team The Client Support Officer will provide high level client support and management ensuring the clinic focus is customer service orientated. This role will also provide administrative and diary management support to the clinical team composed of multidisciplinary allied health professionals.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Managing complex enquiries and direct complaints/feedback.
- Onboarding of new clients for effective caseload management.
- Effective management of electronic calendars, client appointments, client communications and service waitlist information.
- Provide support and guidance in relation to funding parameters and treatment plan management.
- Manage client payments and accounts.

**About You**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar client or customer facing role.
- Exceptional level of customer care, administration, and organisational skills.
- Skilled in electronic database management and Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
- Diary / appointment management on behalf of business professionals and/or allied health professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities and manage large and varied workloads, while maintaining motivation under pressure.
- Experience working with children and/or their family members, or in a similar client facing role.
