Job Profile

The Analysis and Insights Support Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely coordination and delivery of a range of reporting, management and administrative services.

The key focus areas of the role are:

• Customer Service
• Report Management and Administration
• Quality Control and Continuous Improvement
• Accuracy and timely availability of Reports

Mandatory / special role requirements

• Police Clearance

About you, you have:

• Experience in delivery of data measurement, analysis, and evaluation using SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
• Skilled in interpreting business information needs and generating reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong background in database management and handling large datasets to develop predictive models.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
