Home Integrity Building Consultants exists to raise the standard in property and construction across WA.

We provide clarity, confidence and technical excellence to people making major property decisions. Our clients range from individual homebuyers and homeowners through to builders, developers, strata managers, and other industry stakeholders.

You will help information flow accurately, jobs move smoothly, and the right details reach the right person at the right time. When you do your job well, the entire business runs more efficiently and the day feels smoother for everyone - clients, consultants and the team.

You will be part of creating clarity and operational excellence as we grow.

About the Role

Reporting to our Business Improvement Manager, the Administration Officer will:

Australian work rights are required for this position.

  • Manage inbound enquiries (phone + email) with professionalism
  • Ask the right questions and prepare accurate job details for our Schedulers
  • Support Schedulers and the Operations team with information flow
  • Maintain data accuracy in HubSpot and Zuper (training provided)
  • Own the accuracy of our data – help to regularly review, audit, and update spreadsheets to ensure all information is correct, current, and complete.
  • Assist with admin, coordination and team support tasks as required
  • Assist following up on outstanding payments
  • Contribute to process improvement as systems evolve
  • Organise meetings and events for the team or clients
Who You Are

You bring solid admin experience and capability including:

  • Prior work experience in administrative or office support position
  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative or office support experience is required
  • Proven ability to use the Microsoft suite and CRMs
  • Organised, accurate and reliable
  • Confident with technology and learning new systems
  • A clear, calm, professional communicator
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Confidence to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
