Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies that promote the company's products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop targeted marketing materials.
  • Manage and update the company's digital presence, including website and social media platforms.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using analytics to improve future efforts.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably as a Marketing Specialist.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $76,515.00 – $78,500.00 per year
