Wesco Anixter have an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated and hands-on **Warehouse Administrator **supporting our warehouse. This role is based from our Tullamarine branch.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a full-time administrator to assist our Tullamarine warehouse, and effectively contribute to the functioning of our National Distribution Centre. This opportunity requires someone who is willing to work within a team committed to providing an outstanding service to our customers and has the potential for career growth within the CSD team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the Central Warehouse Team
- Completing all administrative tasks surrounding Warehouse Operation
- Generating reports using our Internal software package, Pronto, and Excel
- Assisting with our 'Major Order Process', including checking Picking Slips, stock levels and ETA's
- Organising and submitting forms to relevant departments
- Data entry
- Organising and booking couriers
- Work closely with interstate teams to ensure a high level of service

**Skills & Abilities**
- Administration Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Motivation to succeed and advance within the company
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred by not essential
