**About the role**

As the Social Media & Marketing Manger, this role will report directly to theCEO 3 days per week; you will be responsible for Premium Health’s overall marketing strategy, with a strong commercial focus on lead generation, brand awareness, industry positioning, and advertising effectiveness (ROAS).

You'll design and execute highly effective and impactful campaigns that leverage the appropriate channels to reach the appropriate audiences to meet our revenue goals. As part of our Senior Leadership Team, this role sees you have a seat at the table, ensuring a cross-collaboration between all departments of the Premium health business.

As a hands-on senior marketer, you will have a full 360 responsibility for the day-to-day functions of all marketing, including research and analysis to create detailed marketing strategies and highly effective lead generation action programs, with the use of various systems, such as Adobe Illustrator Suite/Canva.

**As the Social Media & Marketing Manger, you can expect to**:

- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan across all key Premium Health services
- Manage all content including, creation, design and copywriting for the company while ensuring Premium Health’s brand guidelines are adhered to
- Monitor, respond and report on activity over our marketing channels and the direct impact on lead generation
- Be our brand custodian; maintaining and strengthening Premium Health’s overall brand image
- Create branded advertising campaigns by developing and publishing content
- Conduct market research and develop marketing solutions that support the Premium Health business strategy
- Establish and monitor reporting systems for all marketing campaigns and activities, including Return On Advertising Spend (ROAS)
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about developing marketing action programs, as well as develop fresh new strategies

The successful applicant will hold the relevant tertiary qualifications with a track record of at least five years of successful marketing experience within a commercial environment, with proven experience delivering leads and revenue_**.**_

You will have a strong ability to work and think creatively and independently, with a polished and articulate communication style and understand the marketing power to increase revenue.
