**The Role**
We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation. You’ll be designing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and helping our clients grow their online presence.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
You’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching content, managing social media accounts, and making sure our clients’ brands stand out online. Your daily tasks will include designing graphics, editing videos, scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences. You’ll also track performance and suggest improvements to keep content fresh and effective.
**What You Need to Have**
You should be confident in your **graphic design skills** and have a **strong understanding of social media trends**. We’re looking for someone who can bring creative ideas to the table and execute them well.
**Must-Have Skills**
- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign)
- Strong **graphic design** skills with a keen eye for detail
- Understanding of **social media platforms**, trends, and best practices
- Basic video editing skills for short-form content like Reels and TikToks
- Ability to write engaging captions and social media copy
- Great communication and time management skills
**Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have)**
- Photography and videography experience
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma
