**About us**:
We are a team of 20 at Chris Barnard Nursing Agency (Or more commonly known as CBNA). We provide staffing solutions to Aged Care facilities in Australia (Primarily Victoria). We are a very tight-knit team of individuals, everyone very different in their own unique way. We like to enjoy the weekly drinks/dinners/lunches or celebrating something very (un) necessary. You will be joining a very supportive team, with a lot of creative freedom as we are still a (RAPIDLY) growing business.
We celebrate and reward hard work with lots of internal events (dress-up days and lunches provided) as well as quarterly parties to meet our team once every three months (more eating and having lots of fun) We love celebrating birthdays and giving you the day off for it
**SO, what is the role?**
This role will be responsible for the effective coordination and support of media and marketing functions, with a focus on social media coordinating, content creation, and relationship building with our internal and external team.
**The role**:
- Manage and implement marketing strategies across all social media channels
- Developing relationships with our casual pool of staff (Carers, cleaners, nurses, executives etc..)
- Developing influencer strategy
- Content planning and calendar development for the social media channels, including but not limited Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Posting on all social media handles during the days, evenings, and weekends
- Manage day to day replying to comments and management of all social media
- Co-ordination of overall marketing communication strategy with external parties such as creative writers, website developers etc.
- Ensure all social media posts are on brand, unique, visionary, and engaging, with the goal to attract and connect our target audience. Share the love of Chris Barnard
**What we need from you**:
- PASSION for digital marketing and social media.
- PASSION for content creation.
- PASSION for curiosity - to be curious about who you speak to and what we do.
- Strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and analytical skills (Working with Facebook analytics and Google Pixels).
- Strong knowledge of social media - Always has your finger on the pulse of all things social, be ahead of the game and have the desire to push the envelope.
- Preferred but not mandatory - basic to intermediate knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong copywriting skills preferred.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Formal qualification in Marketing highly regarded.
