**About the team**:
Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. **About the role**:
Reporting to the Social Media & Content Manager, the primary function of this role is the creation and execution of integrated, omni-channel content across First Choice Liquor Market (FCLM) & Coles Liquor Corporate to drive growth and increased preference. You will support in the management of the annual content strategies across various channels which brings together customer insights, business priorities and commercial targets.

You’ll also:

- Work cross functionally to ensure all content is an accurate representation of each brand, in visual and language look and feel.
- Support the Brand, Loyalty, Trade Planning, Online and Media teams to ensure content and partnerships align consistently across all touchpoints.
- Manage FCLM & Coles Liquor Corporate content and social calendar to provide key stakeholders with a snapshot of content and messaging by period
- Produce content to be optimised and leveraged by multiple channels to grow customer brand engagement
- Coordinate with agencies on a day-to-day basis and act as the main point of contact for First Choice Liquor Market & Coles Liquor Corporate.
- Effectively coordinate cross agency campaigns to ensure seamless translation across all channels
- Execute the organic social media (IG/FB/YouTube/LinkedIn) & content strategy for First Choice Liquor Market & Coles Liquor Corporate.
- Conduct post campaign reporting to measure ROI against key metrics of reach traffic and engagement

**About you and your skills**:
We’re looking for a Marketing Content Specialist with a strong understanding of content, social media and campaign management, as well as experience in executing multi-channel content campaigns.

You’ll also need:

- Extensive brand, content or social media marketing experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and report on data
- Delivering social media campaign; organic & paid to drive awareness and reach
- The ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment and be able to react to changes quickly and efficiently
