We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Social Media Producer to join our Digital, Marketing and Communications team.
Reporting to the Social Media Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy across multiple channels designed to promote and elevate Cricket Australia’s efforts in growing the game at every level.

About the role
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Maintaining a high-level of engagement with the priorities of the business and those driving them.
- Day-to-day administration of a number of social platforms, including the Cricket Australia, Cricket Blast, MyCricket accounts, with a strong focus on engaging existing and prospective fans.
- Ideating and producing innovative and creative content to bring our efforts in the community to life on the right platform and the right time.
- Working collaboratively with other functions of the business, in particular offering support to the broader social media team on other CA owned channels.
About you
**To succeed in this role, you’ll have**:
- Experience working in a digital content and/or communications team and managing social media communities.
- Experience producing innovative and creative content.
- Ability to think quick and interpret key moments as potential content opportunities.
- Highly proficient using Adobe editing products such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
- Strong written communication skills, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- An understanding of digital and social media analytics.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to execute to tight deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends and public holidays when required.
An excellent knowledge of cricket and previous experience working in the sporting industry is not essential, but highly regarded.
