**About the role**:
A 12-month full-time contract for a Social and Content Specialist has arisen within our passionate and energetic Brand Digital & Design team.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you’ll ideate, plan and brief agencies to deliver highly engaging content, creative, and formats; measuring and optimising performance.

**You’ll also**:

- Take ownership of the social content plan aligned to content calendar and business priorities and manage the Coles’ Instagram and TikTok profiles
- Work with the broader marketing team, PR, legal and compliance to deliver end to end digital and social campaigns from concept to execution
- Analyse and report on social and digital performance and improve / optimise the agency and team’s outputs
- Optimise workflows and processes to collaborate, plan and deliver digital marketing activity
- Provide support for budget management and PO creation.

**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 3+ years’ experience executing digital marketing campaigns, in-house or at an agency. You’ll bring strong knowledge of eCommerce & digital marketing principles and practices along with a healthy dose of passion and energy.

**You’ll also need**:

- Experience in managing agencies
- Exceptional prioritisation and juggling skills
- Stakeholder management and highly developed influencing skills
- Campaign and media planning and execution experience
- Budget forecasting and reconciliation and PO creation
