**About The Role**

CVCheck are currently seeking a System Support Officer to join our fast-paced and vibrant team at our beautiful Perth CBD headquarters. This role will see you responsible for providing Enable ERMS and Cited systems assistance to clients, individuals and organisations completing pre-employment screening checks to facilitate rapid mobilisation of verified workforces to site.

Full training will be provided.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Providing product knowledge and technical support
- Coordination of training bookings, preparation and maintenance of system training manuals and training records
- Provision of system training to customers
- Identification of system/procedural improvements
- Updating of procedure guides and system documents as required
- Problem solving to queries for which there is no immediate and evident answer
- Other duties as required by your Manager

- Previous experience with Enable ERMS and/or Cited software is desirable
