**The opportunity to join our team**
- We're looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy professional to provide expert IT support to Insignia Financial staff. If you're passionate about IT and love solving problems, this is your chance to shine- Key Responsibilities:
- Jump into the action with our Service Desk, remote support, call center, and site support teams as needed
- Deliver "Client First" service in line with our core principles
- Handle helpdesk escalations and work with both internal technical teams and external vendors for resolution
- Keep procedures up to date and implement process improvements
- Test and roll out new software to keep us ahead of the game

**What you will bring**
- We are looking for someone who is customer-focused with a passion for IT. Motivation to learn and grow within the IT field.- Proven experience in an enterprise IT department, with a strong passion for customer service and technology
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Hands-on experience with remote support tools and excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to thrive under pressure and flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed
- Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, and Exchange, along with Office Suite proficiency
- Experience with remote site support and backup software
