**About the Job**:
As an Outreach Specialist at Randstad RiseSmart, you will play an integral part as a hybrid team member of the Operations Team, helping drive revenue and craft a delicate and informative experience for new clients who have just lost their jobs. Our team’s mission is to assist each and every individual’s needs as they begin to plan their next steps in their career transition to ensure a seamless, enthusiastic client experience from start to end.

**What You Will Do**:

- You will work closely with the Associate Manager to understand client eligibility requirements and rules
- You will provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, determining requirements, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests
- You will support the Outreach team to ensure the team exceeds engagement, satisfaction, and NPS targets
- You will be responsible for managing the personal outreach queue to ensure timely calls and activations are maximized with the aim of program activations exceeding 80%
- You will contribute to coach, associate, and participant care nationally; assist with queries from coaches and participants regarding internal products (Spotlight & Torch)
- You will be responsible for accurate input and maintenance of data and records in RiseSmart Torch (internal tool) and other business systems
- You will liaise with the Associate Manager regarding coach resources and availability as required
- You will support the Associate Manager to ensure coach calendars are up-to-date
- You will be required to handle a large volume of clients and prioritize projects as needs change

**Skills You Will Need**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated
- Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous
- Should be a great listener, be able to ask probing questions, be able to understand concerns, and be able to overcome objections in an effort to help clients understand Randstad RiseSmart’s value
- Must be a good team player and result-driven
- Passionate about helping people in career transition.
