**Re: Position Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for WIA’s educational services.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to promote courses and programs to local and international markets.
- Plan, design, and manage advertising campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
- Evaluate the performance of marketing activities using data analytics tools and prepare campaign performance reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment of marketing goals with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and optimize customer acquisition strategies and lead conversion funnels.
- Maintain WIA’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels and materials.
- Organize and participate in events, expos, and student outreach initiatives to raise awareness of WIA’s offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, campaign budgets, and return on investment metrics.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong copywriting abilities and a creative storytelling approach.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems.
- Strong creative thinking, analytical skills, and organizational capabilities.
