Wentworth Institute of Higher Education (WIN) is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be central in promoting our academic programs, strengthening brand recognition, and engaging with prospective students, industry partners, and the broader community. The Marketing Specialist will design and execute innovative marketing strategies that showcase the Institute's strengths in higher education, student experience, and industry-relevant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies to promote WIN's undergraduate and postgraduate programs across domestic and international markets.

  • Design targeted campaigns that increase student enrolments and support institutional growth objectives.

  • Digital & Content Marketing

  • Manage WIN's online presence, including website updates, social media platforms, SEO, and digital advertising to maximise student engagement.

  • Create and curate high-quality content, including blogs, student stories, video testimonials, and newsletters, aligned with WIN's brand voice.

  • Student Recruitment & Outreach

  • Support student recruitment initiatives through open days, campus tours, school visits, and information sessions.

  • Represent WIN at education expos, community events, and industry networking forums to build awareness and strengthen partnerships.

  • Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to identify trends in higher education and recommend program-specific marketing strategies.

  • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and prepare detailed reports for management.

  • Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Work closely with the academic and admissions teams to align marketing initiatives with student recruitment goals.

  • Collaborate with education agents, partner institutions, and industry bodies to enhance WIN's profile and outreach.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, preferably in higher education or training. Five years experiences may replace the required qualification.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including proficiency with social media management tools, content creation, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
