We are looking to engage an experienced
**Operation Coordinator **to work for our Federal Government client on an initial 12-months contract.

Reporting to the Director, Research & Insights and Program Manager the
**Operations Coordinator** will be responsible for supporting all aspects of running the newly established Digital Health Experience Centre (DHEC) located in the Sydney CBD office.

This role can be based in
**Sydney** and flexible working options are available.

As this role may require the ability to obtain a security clearance, you must be an
**Australian citizen **to apply.

**Responsibilities in this role will include;**
- Leading work on all logístical components for the Centre’s activities;
- Support the Centre’s work by planning and executing high profile events - assume a key role in planning projects and events. Work with external suppliers to negotiate Centre bookings, tech support, and equipment etc;
- Preparing briefing materials and travel arrangements, and engagement opportunities for the Centre’s team to promote its work effectively;
- Maintaining Centre equipment performance by establishing quality standards; developing operations, quality, and troubleshooting procedures; ensuring staff compliance; certifying equipment performance; arranging equipment replacement, service, and repair.
- Maintains Centre supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintains Centre information system by identifying information needs and problems; recommending improvements; establishing priorities; testing; writing user manuals; training employees; maintaining security and confidentiality.
- Implements new programs, tests, methods, instrumentation, and procedures by investigating alternatives; preparing proposals; developing and performing parallel testing; monitoring progress.

**To be successful you will have the following experience;**
- Demonstrated experience in digital, technical, operational and/or strategic project management and delivery.
- Relevant professional experience will be regarded highly.
- Experience delivering infrastructure and information technology projects will be regarded highly.
- Experience in the health sector will be highly regarded.
