Sydney, Australia Take Charge Assessment and Therapy Full time

The Operations Coordinator role manages the forward scheduling of all clinical appointments across the country. It includes ensuring that service KPI’s are being met by field staff and that our customers and clinicians are kept informed of their scheduled bookings. The role is a primary contact point for our team of clinicians located in various areas across Australia.

This is a full time role and is critical to the success of company operations. Responsibilities:

- Working within a wider Operations Team
- Collaborating with all functions of the organisation including Business Development and Client Services
- Meeting scheduling KPIs - tracking scheduled supports in relation to set monthly financial targets
- Make service bookings, and allocate and schedule jobs end-to-end
- Coordination between clinicians and clients (and relevant external contacts) to schedule appointments and supports
- Liaise with operations coordinators and clinicians to develop and record availability and capacity for forward scheduling of appointments
- Work with clinicians and allocate time for report writing and review process to meet deadlines
- Maintain CRM, scheduling, and any relevant systems with updated data
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships; this includes clients and clinicians
- Work with teams to communicate difficulties, escalations, and needs; working as a team to offer solutions where possible
- Reporting of KPIs and Operations team’s data
- Attend Weekly Meetings

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Admin/Operations: 2 years (required)
