About the Role
We're looking for a hybrid operator who can support Michael Beveridge directly while keeping day-to-day operations humming.
This role blends executive assistant responsibilities (calendar, communication, admin support) with operations coordination (project tracking, process improvements, and team alignment).
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage Bevo's calendar, coordinate meetings, attend meetings, make sure the ball is always 'rolling', prep documents, and act as the first point of contact.
- Communication: Draft and manage correspondence, ensure timely responses, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Production support: You will be helping with some production jobs by calling talent, contractors and making sure there are no blockers for projects. You will be provided with the right tools for problem solving.
- Project Coordination: Track ongoing projects in Asana (or relevant tools), flag blockers, and follow up with team members to keep work moving.
- Process & Ops: Help develop, document, and refine workflows; ensure reporting, updates, and deliverables are organised and on time.
- General Admin: Invoices, file management, and other operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in executive assistant, operations, or project management roles.
- Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-moving creative/agency environment.
- Confident with tools like Asana, Slack, GSuite, Xero (or similar).
