**The Job**:
We are on the hunt for an organised and helpful Operations Coordinator that will help support the Val Morgan Agency, Direct and CINEads sales teams in developing and executing campaigns. While no two days are the same, your duties include:

- Provide advice and support to the sales teams, agencies, and clients to assist in securing bookings/revenue
- Create and effectively manage cinema campaigns
- Traffic movie and ad scheduling for cinemas across Australia & NZ
- Facilitate the production of advertisements for screening on cinema & foyer screens
- QC and coordinate the dispatch of advertisements to cinema

- Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn new information systems and take on new technology
- Advanced time management skills
