A Queensland Government Department is seeking skilled and experienced Procurement Officers (A04 and A05) to work on a recently launched project. This full time temporary position is initially for 6 months with the possibility of an extension.

In this role, you will be responsible for various procurement processes, where dynamic thinking and commitment to achieving outcomes will be key to your success.

**You will provide administration support to a procurement team by**:

- Undertaking procurement and contract management
- Providing advice and guidance on procurement policy
- Consulting with stakeholders to determine procurement needs
- Ensuring accurate data is entered correctly into the relevant systems to support governance and reporting requirements.
- Developing tailored data queries, draw reports from data systems and undertake and present straight-forward analysis.
- Delivering incredible outcomes to an incredible team
- Understanding and knowledge of Queensland Government Procurement frameworks and Contract Management Framework
- Advanced problems solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong negotiation skills
