**About the role**:
This role supports our Product Managers with procurement, supplier management and inventory tracking.
- Support Product Managers in their general tasks, communicate with Sales Representatives, customers and suppliers as requested.
- Process customer orders, handle phone inquiries and provide product information.
- Reviewing stock requirements and updating Product Managers of where stock is required.
- Creating and confirming purchase order documents for local and overseas shipments.
- Supplier database maintenance as requiredHandle reception duties, stock takes and manage customer complaints
- **About you**:
You are forward thinking, possess excellent time management, problem solving and organisation skills, with high attention to detail. You demonstrate excellent communication skills - verbal and written with a polite and professional phone manner.
