**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the maintenance workshop, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of mechanics and subcontractor technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of parts and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in heavy vehicle technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in heavy vehicles.
- A qualification in the Heavy Vehicle mechanical trade is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- A full understanding of the NHVR requirements for heavy vehicles.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
