**About The Role**
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for vibrant and motivated individuals to join our journey in raising the standard of care provided to people living with a disability.
Our coordination team is a national team, responsible for the coordination of supports for their allocated states, territories & clients.
**We’re currently seeking a National Rostering Coordinator to join the team, and coordinate supports for our clients and support workers.**
No two days in this role are the same.
**This role will be suitable for a committed individual with experience coordinating supports and managing requests ranging from low priority to urgent. This individual will need the skills required to think on their feet, work in a fast-paced environment, cover vacant shifts, and work within a person centred & compassionate approach toward NDIS clients, and support workers.**
**This role is a permanent full-time role, based from our office in Pirie Street**
The role of National Rostering Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Building rapport with clients and support workers to ensure continuity of care.
- Creating and managing all client rosters of support.
- Frequent communication with clients to obtain feedback on roster and Support Workers.
- Managing & rostering staff and Support Workers
- Addressing any concerns and escalating these when required.
- Regularly reporting client and staff progress, performance, and any concerns.
- Ensuring all client concerns or questions are addressed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring only workers with appropriate experience and training are assigned to relevant clients.
**About You**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Rostering and Coordination, preferably in the Disability Industry
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Person-centred focus in all communications and duties
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check & Police Check
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment.
