**Description**:
About the Role

The position is primarily responsible for invoicing, accounts payable, payroll and rostering. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders

What does the role involve?
- Reconciling and coordinating approval of PTIR batch reports
- Issuing timely and accurate invoices
- Coordinating approval and payment of incoming invoices
- Payment of accounts by their due date and resolving disputes
- Minimise rostering errors through effective and meticulous attention to detail
- Ensure specified service levels are maintained
- Identify, escalate, and resolve customer needs
- Effectively and efficiently process payroll to minimise errors and rework
- Ensure time completion of fortnightly pay run processes
- Ensuring a high-level understanding of applicable industrial state instruments
- Setting up and maintaining subcontractor rates, licences, insurances etc
